Delivery & Pickup
We deliver across much of Karachi and keep adding new zones. Enter your address at checkout and we will confirm right away whether we can reach you.
Most deliveries arrive within roughly 30 to 45 minutes, though this depends on your distance from the kitchen and how busy we are. You will see an estimate when you place the order.
Delivery charges depend on your area and order value. The exact amount is shown in your cart total once you select your delivery location, so there are no surprises.
We take orders during our daily opening hours, which you will find in the store. If you order close to closing time, we will let you know if we can still prepare it.
Yes. Select pickup at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected from the store.
Once your order is confirmed we keep you updated by SMS and email, and you can follow its progress from your order page on the site.
Menu & Dietary
For most items you can adjust options and add special instructions during checkout. If you have a particular request, add a note and we will do our best.

Payments, Refunds & Support
We are sorry about that. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a quick photo if you can, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
We process refunds for cancelled orders and for genuine quality or accuracy issues. Raise it with support within 24 hours of delivery and, once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
