1. Accepting These Terms
Placing an order or using our services means you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use Siroc.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
- You should be able to enter into a binding contract to place an order with us.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.
- Please provide accurate, complete information when you sign up.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud.
3. Orders and Pricing
- All orders depend on availability and on us confirming the final price.
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may include applicable taxes and charges.
- We may decline or cancel an order where we have good reason to.
- Prices and offers can change, and items may sell out without prior notice.
4. Payment
- Payment is due when you order online, or to the rider on delivery for cash-on-delivery orders.
- We accept cash on delivery, credit and debit cards, and popular mobile wallets.
- Online payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
- For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready where possible.
5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and can shift with traffic, weather, and how busy the kitchen is.
- Please make sure your address and contact number are correct; we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
- Someone should be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
- A delivery charge may apply depending on your area and order value.
6. Cancelling an Order
- You can cancel shortly after placing an order by contacting our support team.
- Once the kitchen has started preparing your food, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- Any refund for a cancelled order follows the refund terms below.
7. Refunds
- We provide refunds for quality problems or where the wrong order was delivered.
- Please raise a claim within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting details such as a photo.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
- We may decline a refund where a claim cannot be reasonably verified.
8. Promotions and Coupons
- Discount codes, deals, and promotions are subject to their own terms and any stated validity period.
- Offers cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value.
- We may withdraw or change a promotion, or cancel orders where a code has been misused.
9. Acceptable Use
Please use our store lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, place fraudulent or abusive orders, or misuse our content or services.
10. Intellectual Property
The Siroc name, logo, menu photography, text, and other content on this store belong to Siroc and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Please do not copy, reproduce, or reuse any of it without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Siroc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Where we are found liable, our responsibility will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect once posted on this page, and continuing to use Siroc after a change means you accept the revised terms.
